4) Our American Eagle Windmill:

    ...and at 10º below freezing,  - 20° with the windchill,

     ...in the middle of January,

     ...and after months and months of consistently minus 20 and 30.  The pond froze over at the surface here.  One day it got up to minus 2 or 3 and the hole opened back up, but overall it was a VERY cold winter.

     ... April 2009. All the ice gives and idea what the winter was like here.

     ... May 2009 brush clearance.  This will help the wind provide some good water movement.

5)  American Eagle Windmill at the Rubber Ducky Resort and Fishing Pond, Warren, Manitoba, November 2008 (A great place to stay; 25 minutes North West of Winnipeg.  www.rubberduckyresort.com  Try the mobile hot tub!)  Dennis continuously stocks his pond with trout:

     ...April 2009 and things are finally starting to thaw.  The fish are active and hungry.  In January they put on a winter fishing derby and pulled 17" trout.

6)  Notre Dame de Lourdes,  American Eagle Aerator (November, 2008)...

        ...and at 5° below freezing.  The windmill is covered in ice after freezing rain and its still pumping strong.

     ... June 2009 the pond is opening up but there is a lot of decaying organic material in this pond.

7)  I installed this Outdoor Water Solutions windmill last night (Nov.  23, 2008); and needed to chop a hole in 3½ inches of ice.  The pond is 300 feet away from the windmill.

     ...and then in January.

     ... June 2009 much better but I guess the old farmer used this pond as his private dump.  Notice the floating tire.  I have pulled out old oil cans, used oil filters, and trash.

                Here is what the pond looked like last August --> 

    ... July 2009 the pond still has high nutrient levels and so is getting more duckweed.  I am going start a trial of the pond cleaning bacteria Bacta-Pur® POND.  Click here for more information on the trial.

8)  Koenders Dual Diaphragm Windmill Aerator - Culross, Manitoba. The pond is 550 feet away.  The picture of the pond was taken two days later.

9)  American Eagle Windmill at the Morse Brothers crop dusting hanger east of Starbuck, Manitoba.  This windmill is used to clean the water used in the airplane's water tanks.

10)  Outdoor Water Solutions Windmill on a trout farm near Kleefeld, Manitoba.
